You don't need to be an ML researcher to build a career in AI. You need one workflow you've rebuilt with AI, one thing you've shipped, and one room full of other women doing the same. Everything below helps with those three things.

Questions
Common questions about women in AI.
Do I need to be technical to work in AI?
No. The AI industry needs product managers, designers, researchers, policy leads, ops, marketers, and operators who understand how models change their function. Most of our community is non-technical — and shipping.
What's a realistic first step into an AI career?
Pick one workflow in your current job and rebuild it with AI tools this week. Ship one small internal tool. Write about what you learned publicly. That portfolio outperforms most credentials for early AI roles.
Where can I meet other women in AI in person?
Join a Women + AI dinner in San Francisco, Los Angeles, or Austin, attend a Women in AI (WAI) chapter event in your city, or look for AI4ALL and Rewriting the Code events if you're in the US.
How do I find mentorship?
Most of the organizations listed above run structured mentorship programs. Rewriting the Code, MLT, and Women in AI Ethics all match members with mentors annually.
